Do you offer refunds?
All deposits are non refundable. Refunds will not be provided if a client chooses to cancel their own surgery. If surgery is cancelled because a client tests positive for nicotine, pregnancy, or high bmi, or other circumstances deemed in their control then a refund will not be issued and there will be a $1,000 rescheduling fee. Store credits will be issued. If surgery date is changed, a minimum of a two week notice is required. If less than a two week notice is given, then there will be a $1,000 rescheduling fee. Please communicate to avoid extra fees.
I see a convenience fee on my invoice. Why is it there?
A convenience fee of 15% will be added to all bookings that are last minute. We define last minute bookings as bookings that are booked less than 2 weeks in advance.

Northside Hospital Surgery Center: 30 minutes
